Special Episode: Interview w/anti-slavery advocate and filmmaker Anne Abok from Nigeria

Anne Abok is a courageous young woman with a determination to help rid her native Nigeria of modern-day slavery and human trafficking. Her new film, "Europe in my Heart" tells the tragic story of two young girls who follow the allure of life in Europe and find themselves trapped in a life of pain and humiliation. 

This film is aimed at rural villages in the Nigerian district most known for this practice.  Anne is persevering despite threats from political and police leaders in her homeland and the interference and coverups of authorities in Europe as well.  She does this because she wants to change the perceptions of parents and teenage girls regarding this wicked practice.

You wll be encouraged by the faith and determination of Anne.  We salute her for her courage and her willingness to stand up as a prophetic voice among her people.
